Ready to Roll: Countries secure accreditation for the upcoming World Championship

Today, on May 31st, an exciting event is taking place for all of us as teams from around the world participating in the Deaf Futsal World Championship, which is being held in Kazakhstan for the first time, have been granted accreditation. The accreditation process for the Deaf Futsal World Championship is overseen by delegates from the Deaf International Football Association (DIFA), including its president and director. These esteemed individuals ensure that the accreditation process upholds the highest standards of integrity and efficiency. Through their expertise and dedication, they play a crucial role in facilitating the participation of teams and athletes from all over the world, thus contributing to the overall success and inclusiveness of the championship.

In addition, it is marks the beginning of a thrilling event that promises to showcase skills, determination, and unity. As the World Deaf Futsal Championships approach, teams are full of optimism and team spirit. Despite the pressure of competing on a global scale, there is a sense of enthusiasm and commitment to showcasing their skills and passion for the game. With high motivation and preparation, these teams are ready to face the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the world championships.

What is more, we had the opportunity to conduct a short interview with several of the participating teams, gaining an understanding of their training and objectives for the tournament. So, everyone has a strong and positive attitude, which is evident from the beginning of the accreditation process.

“We are pleased with the city and our team is satisfied with the results of the draw,” says the Oman team. Also, they were very welcoming and friendly, answering our questions with great patience.”

Recall that on June 1st, the Deaf World Championship will be hosted in Kazakhstan for the first time. The competition will take place at the Zhekpe-Zhak Saray sports complex in Astana. Teams from Kazakhstan, Brazil, Ukraine, Oman, Iran, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan will participate in the tournament, which will run from June 1st to June 10th.
