On June 2nd, the World Deaf Futsal Championship continued with another thrilling day of competition in Kazakhstan. This event will be held from 1th to 10 th of June at the local sport complex «Zhekpe Zhek».

Iranian players triumph over Brazilian team

The second day of the match between Brazil and Iran began with a tense start. The Brazilian side scored the first goal of the game, establishing an early lead. Following a closely fought contest, the teams were level at the end of the first half, leading to a 1-1 draw. After the interval, the game took an unexpected turn. Team Iran took control of the match and scored another goal, increasing their lead. They maintained dominance and concluded the contest with convincing victory, 5-1.

Saudi Arabia’s Mastery: A show of strength in victory over Tajikistan

The next opponents of the Tajikistan, who lost 36-1 to the Kazahkstan’s national team, were the players from Saudi Arabia. So, they also did not allow Tajikistan to score and won this challenging game.

«The Tajikistani team are not a full team. There are only a few players and they have faced several issues regarding this. Because there are only six players, which is not a lot. We hope to see great matches and we are doing our best to develop the deaf sport in our country» says team Tajikistan before the start of the game. Another victory: Kazakhstan defeated the Oman team

After yesterday’s impressive 36-1 victory for the national team, today’s match also promised to be thrilling. As expected, in the final five minutes, both teams pushed hard, with each side having the chance to end the match in a draw. Fast passes and powerful shots were traded, but in the end, Kazakhstan came out on top with a final score of 3-4.

Azerbaijan’s Challenging Match: Defeat to Uzbekistan

The 2nd day of the World Futsal Championships concluded with a game between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Uzbekistan prevailed the initial game, scoring more than five goals in the final seven minutes of game time. The game ended in favor of the Uzbek team, with a final score of 16-2.
